With a morning, noon and night menu, the Eatery has a relaxed ambience, serving both simplicity & style based around head Chef Josh Kucharick’s worldly experience. Originally from Quebec, his work has taken him across the globe, with this menu being predominantly inspired by Levant, Eastern Mediterranean cuisine. Think plates of wild mushroom with whipped Persian feta, spiced beef short rib with cucumber taratoor and dill pickle, crayfish dumplings with yoghurt curd and spiced cashew, whole plates of lamb shoulder to share and more. The drinks selection is also a treasure to indulge in. The refreshing house made smoothies are exquisite, with flavours such as espresso with banana, coconut and date, or green apple with cucumber, mint and lemon, perfect for non-alcoholic sipping. The beer and cocktail list is also set to please and the wine list matches the casual atmosphere, while being expertly curated by the in house wine specialist. We recommend the beautiful AIX Rose- Provence, which comes by the glass, but also in a magnum if the occasion calls.
The space designed by Co-Owner Clare van den Berg combines textures, timelessness & luxury to the space with accents of a Scandinavian Feel. Truly a dining experience not to be missed.
